Smartronix CFO Gerczak Eyes Cloud Growth With Synteractive Investment

Smartronix has made a strategic investment in Synteractive, a Washington, D.C.-based technology consulting firm that focuses on strategy, business transformation and business solution engineering.

Smartronix said the investment will allow Synteractive to expand its presence in the market for next generation solutions for migrating large, complex enterprises to the cloud.

Smartronix will also fund new design and deployment of innovative collaboration solutions.

“Our previous joint successes on projects such as Recovery.gov and Treasury.gov have shown us that Synteractive brings immense value through their agility and innovative thinking, ” says Smartronix Chief Financial Officer Joe Gerczak. “We believe this strategic partnership will allow both companies to really accelerate growth in the cloud computing space in both ederal and commercial markets.”
