Salient Federal Solutions has bought Dataline, LLC‘s electronic security systems division for an undisclosed amount.
Salient said the addition of the Washington, D.C.-based technology division will increase its expertise in the design, engineering and installation of consolidated emergency response systems.
Improved services will include video surveillance, asset tracking and mobile device alerts.
Salient said the move will expand its integrated ESS and mass notification systems services at any required scale or global location. The move also makes it a prime holder of the Integrated Electronic Security Systems contract.
