Lockheed Wins Modification for AEHF Satellite Program

Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) space systems business has been awarded a $9.8 million cost-plus-award-fee contract modification based on performance from the U.S. Air Force.

The company will continue to provide engineering support, software maintenance and support for mission control segments including the advanced extremely high frequency satellite program and the MilStar operations at Schriever Air Force Base and Vandenberg Air Force Base.

Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center Military Satellite Communications Systems Directorate, El Segundo, Calif. is the contracting activity.
