CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CACI) has been awarded approximately $350 million in previously unannounced contracts to provide professional services and IT solutions to intelligence community clients.
The contracts include orders for collection, analysis, training, analytic tool development and knowledge management.
A company release says the total value includes $245 million in new business and more than $100 million in recompetes.
CACI won the awards in the first quarter of its 2012 fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30.
“CACI’s recent contract wins are the result of our longstanding commitment to the intelligence community and our high-caliber team of uniquely qualified professionals, ” said CACI President and CEO Paul Cofoni. “We have invested in this mission-critical area for decades, and we are proud to continue supporting our intelligence clients as they defend our nation from global threats.”
