Sotera Defense Solutions has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Software Process Technologies, Inc., a software engineering firm that supports cyber intelligence.
SPT expects to generate approximately $35 million in 2011 revenue and employs approximately 140 professionals in the Ft. Meade, Md. area.
