SAIC Wins $50M IDIQ Modification to Provide MRO Services to Defense Logistics Agency

SAIC (NYSE: SAI) has won a contract modification exercising a maximum $50 million sixth option year on a U.S. Defense Logistics Agency indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity prime vendor contract.

The company will provide maintenance, repair and operations for DLA’s northeast region, zone 1.

The U.S. Army, U.S. Navy,  U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. federal civilian agencies can use contract services.

The date of performance completion is Aug. 30, 2012.

The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.
