SRA Shareholders Approve $1.88B Cash Acquisition by Private Equity Firm

SRA International (NYSE: SRX) shareholders have approved the company’s acquisition by an affiliate of private equity firm Providence Equity Partners for $1.88 billion in cash.

SRA Shareholders will receive $31.25 in cash for each share of common stock.

Rhode Island-based Providence Equity Partners specializes in communications and information services, media and entertainment company investments.
