Northrop, Raytheon, Mission Essential and CACI Subsidiary to Provide Army with Foreign Language Services

Northrop Grumman Technical Services Inc. (NYSE: NOC), L-3 Communication Services Inc. (NYSE: LLL), Mission Essential Personnel and CACI International (NYSE: CACI) subsidiary CACI Premier Technology Inc. have been added to a $9.7 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, multiple-award-task-order U.S. Army contract.

The Army could award tasks orders under the IDIQ for up to five years.

Awardees will provide foreign language services to support the Defense Department’s language interpretation and transition enterprise program.

Work location will be determined with each task order, with an estimated completion date of June 27, 2016.

The bids were solicited through the internet, with 11 bids received. The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity.
