Booz Allen, Dell, DRS Added to Special Operations $362M IDIQ

The U.S. Special Operations Command has selected Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (NYSE: BAH),  Dell Services Federal Government (NASDAQ: DELL) and DRS Technical Services Inc. (NYSE: DRS) for a $362 million multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The companies will help SOCOM sustain and maintain its global enterprise IT specialty services environment. There is an anticipated five-year contract performance period.

Firm-fixed-price and cost-plus fixed-fee line items focus on daily operations that help SOCOM optimize delivery and performance of these specialty services.

The work will be primarily performed at MacDill AFB, Fla. USSOCOM is the contracting activity.
