CH2M Hill has hired Matt McGowan as senior vice president of corporate development, where he will oversee and lead merger and acquisition activities and spearhead the firms’ public-private partnership initiatives.
McGowan has managed and overseen global mergers and acquisitions for more than 25 years, most recently at Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co., where he led the M&A unit. McGown was previously managing director of Macquarie Capital’s engineering, construction & infrastructure services.
“Matt McGowan is an industry leader with a consistent track record of completing both domestic and cross-border deals, ” said CH2M Hill CFO Mike Lucki. “We are excited to welcome him to the CH2M HILL team.”
