STG Taps Leah Tarbell to Lead Intelligence Group

STG, Inc. this week named Leah Fendley Tarbell vice president of the company’s Intelligence Group in its Civil Agencies Sector. Tarbell will oversee the $25 million group’s operations.

A 27-year veteran of the CIA where she served as senior executive in charge of collection analysis and language services, Tarbell also served as director of analytic collaborative tools at Pherson Associates.

“Language services is a key focus for STG’s strategic long-term growth, ” said Mark Jendzejec, senior vice president of STG’s Civil Agencies Sector. “Leah brings a strong record of innovation and successful technical integration from her tenure in the IC. Her vision and experience will certainly enhance our footprint in this market area. Her record of leadership in open source exploitation and linguistic services is particularly impressive, and I look forward to working with her in expanding these areas.”
