Sotera’s Joe Cormier Named to ACG National Capital Chapter Board of Directors

Sotera Defense Solutions Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Joseph M. Cormier has been named to the board of directors for the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Chapter.

ACG is a global community for business leaders, middle market M&A dealmakers and capital providers focused on driving growth. The National Capital Chapter serves the fourth largest economic region in the nation, and the board of directors determines the organization’s strategic direction and vision.

“I am honored to serve on the ACG board and contribute Sotera’s perspective to a great organization with a diverse set of constituencies all focused on enhancing growth across our region’s economy and business community, ” Cormier said.

Cormier’s term runs through June 2015.
