General Dynamics Unit Names New VP to AxleTech Subsidiary

Gerry Giudici

General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), announced it has appointed Gerry Giudici vice president and general manager of its AxleTech International subsidiary.

Giudici, who takes over for Mary Petrovich, will report to Michael Mulligan, the company’s president. The appointment will be effective June 3.

Giudici joined AxleTech as vice president of business development in January 2006, where he was responsible for original equipment and remanufacturing sales, as well as the company’s marketing, alliances and contracting efforts. Giudici began his career in 1985 at General Motors, where he worked in finance and planning.

“Gerry brings a wealth of market and product knowledge, ” Mulligan said. “I am confident Gerry has the leadership and business skills to develop AxleTech’s global defense and commercial off-highway sectors.”
