HP Enterprise Services received ISO 20000:2005 certification for the Florida-based U.S. Public Sector Data Center, an operation supporting enterprise services for government agencies.
According to the firm, “The certification showcases HP Enterprise Services U.S. Public Sectorâs commitment to meeting contractual and tendering requirements, reducing operational exposure to risk, demonstrating service quality as well as delivering the best value to clients.”
Dennis Stolkey, senior vice president of U.S. Public Sector at HP Enterprise Services, feels the certification reflects well on both his firm and the center.
