HP Enterprise Florida Center Books Key Certification; Dennis Stolkey Comments

HP Enterprise Services received ISO 20000:2005 certification for the Florida-based U.S. Public Sector Data Center, an operation supporting enterprise services for government agencies.

According to the firm, “The certification showcases HP Enterprise Services U.S. Public Sector’s commitment to meeting contractual and tendering requirements, reducing operational exposure to risk, demonstrating service quality as well as delivering the best value to clients.”

Dennis Stolkey, senior vice president of U.S. Public Sector at HP Enterprise Services, feels the certification reflects well on both his firm and the center.

“Obtaining the ISO service management certification demonstrates HP’s commitment to delivering proactive working practices that reduce operational risk, meet contractual requirements, demonstrate high service quality and deliver best value to our customers, ” Stolkey said. “The HP U.S. Public Sector Data Center is able to efficiently and effectively manage different projects ranging from hosting to workplace services due to our consistent focus on process improvement.”
