Financial Announcement from L-3

L-3 Communications’ (NYSE: LLL) board of directors approved an increase to the regular quarterly cash dividend 12.5 percent from $0.40 to $0.45 per share.

According to the firm, “this is the seventh consecutive annual increase in L-3’s quarterly dividend rate. The board has also declared the next dividend payable on March 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2011.”
