NCI Lands Position on $16 Billion Army Deal

NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT) secured a spot on the Rapid Response-Third Generation (R2-3G) Program ID/IQ worth a maximum $16.4 billion.

The program supports the Army’s Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC).

NCI will focus on tasks ranging from technology insertion, system integration and installation, to fabrication/prototyping, testing and certification.

“NCI is pleased to have been selected by CECOM and we are enthusiastic with the possibilities that this new contract provides, ” President Terry Glasgow said. “The R2-3G contract is an important program for CECOM and their customers as they address their critical mission areas, especially at a time when they are relocating from Fort Monmouth New Jersey to the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. The NCI team has significant expertise and capabilities to support CECOM to help address their essential C4ISR missions and look forward to expanding our relationship with them as a prime contractor.”
