ManTech (NASDAQ:MANT) picked up a task order under to provide program support services to the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC).
The deal has a year-long base term, a pair of 12-month options and is valued at $32 million.
According to the firm, “the NDIC coordinates and consolidates drug intelligence from all national security and law enforcement agencies, and produces information regarding the structure, membership, finances, communications and activities of drug trafficking organizations.”
“The NDIC plays a vital strategic role in the U.S. counter-narcotics effort, ” said Louis M. Addeo, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Technical Services Group. “ManTech’s strong information technology expertise and years of experience assisting counter narcotics agencies in the field have become a significant resource for NDIC. We are pleased to be able to support NDIC in its important work.”
