Thursday’s Featured Job: Managing Director, Financial Agencies Market Leader at Alvarez & Marsal

The Managing Director-Financial Agencies Market Leader position will be responsible for building a professional services practice in the US Government Financial Agencies market space. Target clients will be primarily the Treasury Department as well as Freddie/Fannie Mae, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Export-Import Bank, World Bank and USAID.

The Financial Agencies Market Leader must be an effective practice leader who can bring senior client relationships, solution expertise and teaming partner relationships in building a Financial Agencies practice as part of a broader A&M Public Sector Services business unit. The Financial Agencies Market Leader will be accountable for the practice P&L, business development efforts and quality of service delivery.

This position will be Washington DC based and report to the A&M – Government National Practice Leader.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (Business Administration, Finance, Technical is preferred); Post-graduate degree and/or MBA is a plus.
•15+ years’ experience of increasing responsibility in delivering professional services into the US Financial Agencies market.
•Previous Big 4, management consulting, strategy firm experience at the Principal/Managing Director level is desirable.
•Track record of building successful client account teams delivering a minimum of $10M annual revenue in high value program management, management consulting and IT Strategy services.
