Mindbank Consulting Group has moved forward into the firm’s 25th year of continuous operations under the same management.
“When I founded Mindbank, we coined the slogan ‘The Right Minds at the Right Time, ’” said Neal Grunstra, president. “The phrase succinctly describes Mindbank’s mission and goals in providing consultant and I.T. support.
While the face of the firm has remained the same, the offerings to clients have steadily evolved.
“During the years, Mindbank has evolved from being exclusively a staffing company and has branched out into other areas, such as wireless communications, information security, and IT projects to numerous government agencies, ” said Grunstra.
Over the past year, the number of billable consultants has more than doubled.
“In addition, this year Mindbank became an accredited ITIL training provider. ITIL, which stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a process that promotes targeted continual IT services improvement. All of Mindbank’s core staff personnel are ITIL certified, which reflects Mindbank’s commitment to providing clients with superior service, ” he said.
