GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of capture management and business development tasks for the ATG Rosslyn, Enterprise Solutions Division (ESD) for agencies in the United State Foreign Affairs community supporting identification of prospective contracting opportunities, qualifying opportunities for pursuit, developing and executing capture strategies, and proposal management and development. Assists with other corporate business development, capture management, and proposal development tasks as assigned.
