USIS CFO Andre Olberholzer Heads for Parent Altegrity; Chuck Hicks Named Replacement

USIS named Charles (Chuck) L. Hicks, Jr. chief financial officer, replacing Andre Oberholzer, who will head to the firm’s parent company Altegrity to serve as VP of Government Compliance and Financial Operations.

Hicks comes to USIS from SAIC , where he was VP of finance for the Mission Integration Business Unit in the Intelligence, Security, and Technology Group.

In his new position, Oberholzer will “oversee government business financial compliance as well as lead strategic initiatives related to cost and efficiency across all the Altegrity businesses.”
