Ed Casey Comments on Serco’s Latest Contract Victory

Serco secured a HAZMAT management deal with the U.S. Navy’s Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk (FISCN).

The firm will support consolidated HAZMAT reutilization and inventory management program support to the FISCN Hazardous Material Program Office.

The contract is for a one-year base period and includes four one-year options, with a total estimated value of $88 million.

“We are excited to expand our work in this area for the U.S. Navy, ” CEO Ed Casey said. “We provide our Navy customers with high-quality, cost effective, management solutions that optimize the availability of required hazardous materials, reduce the HAZMAT waste stream, and support their initiatives to achieve warfighter mission readiness.”
