Intelligent Decisions rolled out a new Knowledge Management Services (KMS) practice.
The new practice will fall under ID’s Professional Services organization and will focus on litigation lifecycle support services and a robust solutions portfolio for federal, state and local governments and commercial customers.
“Based on feedback and demand from our customers, and a projected $2 to $3 billion market, there is a significant need for Knowledge Management Services, ” said Harry I. Martin, Jr., president and CEO of Intelligent Decisions. “Leveraging ID’s technology expertise and customer-focused business processes will generate a litigation practice capable of handling challenges of all sizes and complexity.”
