Overall responsibilities include management and reporting of all phases of opportunity capture, including development of technical, operational, management, teaming, and cost/price solution approaches, as well as, reporting to executive management on current capture status. Acting on behalf of the opportunity’s executive sponsor, the Capture Manager identifies the resources required to pursue the bid, establishes processes and plans necessary for pursuit, and manages their execution.
