Neustar CEO Jeff Ganek welcomed homeland security, national security, cybersecurity and counterterrorism expert Richard Clarke to the firm to discuss the evolving cyber war.
Clarke, who was promoting his Cyber War, spoke about the distinctions between the phenomena of cyber crime, cyber espionage and cyber war.
