IAP Worldwide Names Bob Phillips President, Former Boss Steve Gaffney Comments

IAP Worldwide Services named Robert L. Phillips to the position of president effective August 25, 2010.

Steve Gaffney, who announced his departure to lead DynCorp, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors for IAP.

Phillips spent the last three years leading IAP’s global Base Operations Support Services Business Area Team, sustaining support for ongoing federal base operations in the U.S. and overseas.

“Bob Phillips is an exceptionally accomplished leader with a wide-range of experience in directing large and complex facilities, construction, and infrastructure programs, ” said Gaffney. “He has a proven track record and a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs, making him well-qualified to lead IAP.”
