Keith Fimian Wins GOP Nomination in VA’s 11th

Northern Virgina businessman Keith Fimian has secured the Republican nomination in this fall’s race for Virginia’s 11th district Congressional seat.

Fimian defeated Fairfax County Board of Supervisors member Pat Herrity, winning by 40, 000 ballots.

The seat is currently held by freshman Democrat Gerry Connolly, a supporter of healthcare reform.
