Versar Announces Financial Conference Call

Versar (NYSE:VSR) will hold a conference call at 2:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 to discuss the Company’s operational performance and financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2010, ended March 26, 2010.
