Job Description:

The position reports directly to the SVP/GM Operations Support Group, setting strategy, administering the business operations of the group and ensuring delivery of quality service to our customers. The applicant must have experience in running large and complex programs, cost centers (Profit and Loss) and managing multiple programs. Applicant will provide oversight and management direction across the entire business group in support of the SVP/GM. Will work closely with various operating units and will provide communications guidance and counsel. Experience working with senior level counterparts and company leadership. Able to oversee management of business development; contracts administration; personnel management, training and recruiting; and financial reports and forecasting.
Individual must be a self-starter with excellent coordination ability and management experience. Experience working with teams and multiple departments across a company is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Experience working with the various components of the Department of Defense as well as other federal agencies. The ideal candidate must be capable of effectively managing a staff and working closely with the division’s Business Management staff and senior leadership to organize and prioritize objectives while managing the associated budget and current programs.

A minimum of 12-15 years experience working in the field of program management, business development and communications. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to collaborate and achieve results.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Social Science is required.
