POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will report to the EVP of Inc. and be responsible for all the integrated business processes for the LOB globally; directing activities that drive the operational policies, objectives and initiatives, and for ensuring the organization’s compliance with all business processes established by BAE Systems. Provides functional leadership in the areas of Enterprise Metrics, Operational Framework, Life Cycle Management, Objective Alignment, and the Inc. Headquarters OAS process. Identifies and communicates consistent strategies and a common company culture of Business Systems Management across the organization. Achieves continuous business and quality improvement objectives
