Unisys Elects Paul E. Weaver to Board

Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) has announced the election of Paul E. Weaver to the Unisys Board of Directors and his appointment to the Audit Committee of the Board.

Weaver is former vice chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers and former chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Technology and Infocomm practice. His 30-year experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers included providing audit and advisory services to some of the world’s largest multinational companies.

“We are delighted to have Paul join our Board of Directors, ” said Unisys Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ed Coleman. “His leadership, business experience and understanding of the information technology industry will make him a valuable addition to our Board.”

Weaver is also a director of AMN Healthcare.
