USCIS Launches Bilingual Website with IBA Support

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) launched a new bi-lingual website this week with support from Irving Burton Associates (IBA). Also involved with the site is the Department of Homeland Secuirty (DHS).

IBA worked to satisfy a White House initiative by creating a “My Case Status” tool, replacing the former “Case Status Online.” The new tool allows users to receive updates regarding their case status via text message sent directly to their mobile phone.

President Obama had indicated that he desired an enhanced capability for users to easily access case information online.
