SAIC Wins Task Order

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has won a task order from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command to administer modeling, simulation, and analytically based warfare analysis support to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations’ (OPNAV) Assessment Division (N81).

Terms of the contract include a one year base period of performance and four one-year options, bringing the total contract value to $249 million, in the event that all options are exercised.  Awarded under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e contract, all work will be conducted in the DC Metro area.

“SAIC and its teammates look forward to continuing our support of OPNAV N81 as they help enhance the Navy’s understanding of resource and war-fighting decision alternatives, ” said Tom Baybrook, SAIC senior vice president and business unit manager.
