VSE Awarded Contract for Corrosion Prevention and Control Program

The US Army has awarded VSE Corporation a contract to operate and manage the TACOM/TARDEC Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) program. The $19.2 million contract contains to option years.

Under the contract, VSE will begin CPAC treatment for PATRIOT missiles stationed in Japan and may do so in South Korea by next year and will provide ground support. Tom Dacus, president of VSE’s, said “VSE has continually demonstrated expertise in solving the challenges of corrosion on military equipment. We are poised to serve the Armed Forces by providing excellence in the important area of equipment protection and repair, and will continue to maintain the highest standards throughout the term of the contract.”
