Keane Appoints new CFO

Keane announced earlier this month the appointment of David Kaminsky as chief financial officer and executive vice president. Kaminsky previously served as CFO of Altegrity since 2005. Prior to working at Altegrity, Kaminsky held positions with Peat Marwick and General Electric. While working at GE, Kaminsky held positions in the IT Global Managed Services business, European Hardware and Services Business, North America Leasing and Commercial Distribution Finance.

John McCain, president and CEO at Keane, said “David is a hands-on, energetic leader with expertise in day-to-day finance operations, particularly in the IT services business, which is important at this stage of our growth. His proven track record of successfully working within large, complex, multi-national organizations will be invaluable to Keane.”
