Global Telecom and Technology, Inc. announced the final purchase of WBS Connect, LLC. Global Telecom had been waiting for approval from the Federal Communications Commission.
Now, with this acquisition, GTT adds 400 customers and 60 cities throughout North America, Asia and Europe.

The acquisition value is about $1.3 billion.
