Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Will be providing management, coordination and direction of a major worldwide maintenance support services program, to include recruitment, hiring, deployment and overall management in CONUS, OCONUS, and for all contingent deployments in SWA.
Program areas typically represent more than three functional areas such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and administration. Serves as customer liaison for technical matters, and key contributing member of the management team in matters of budgeting, project briefings, follow-on new business development and proposals. Provides mentoring and technical guidance / assistance to Site Managers and enforces work standards, communication and all policies & procedures.
Master’s Degree and twelve to fifteen years of directly related (technical environment) experience, including specific management experience. Must be PMP certified.
Current Top Secret Clearance and ability to maintain is mandatory.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (technical environment) experience including management experience.
Additional Qualifications Successful candidate will have completed a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
