In less than a year, Bob Coleman’s Six3 Systems, focusing on national security service providers, has managed two acquisitions. The first acquisition, of Harding Security Associates (HSA), took place earlier this year and was accomplished with the help of GTCR. Recently, Six3 Systems also announced an agreement to purchase BIT Systems, Inc.
