After nearly nine years at ICF International, Chief Financial Officer Alan Stewart has announced his plans to retire at the end of March 2010.
Calling his contributions to the company “invaluable, ” Chairman and CEO Sudhakar Kesavan said Stewart “played an integral role in our transition to a public company in September 2006 and has consistently demonstrated the highest level of skill and integrity.”
ICF International, Inc., which provides consulting services and technology to government and commercial clients, has began its search for a replacement; however, if none is found before March, Stewart said he will stay on as an employee until a smooth transition is accomplished.
