Contract Award – ICF International – $5 Million – DHHS


The Department of Health and Human Services has awarded ICF Incorporated a contract to support the Children’s Bureau. The contract is for three years and is worth $5 million.

Under the terms of the contract, ICF will provide technical support for federal and state automation projects dealing with child welfare. Specifically, ICF will help state and federal organizations develop, design and implement the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS). Mary Sullivan, senior VP at ICF said “We are very pleased to expand our support to the Children’s Bureau in achieving its mission of providing for the safety, permanency, and well being of children through leadership, support for necessary services, and productive partnerships with states, tribes, and communities.” The Children’s Bureau provides funding for the development and implementation of the SACWIS.
