WashingtonTechnology’s Nick Wakeman reports that TechTeam Government Solutions Inc. has appointed Gary Mears SVP of the Vector Research Center for Enterprise Performance, and Bill James VP of business development.
Mears will replace the retiring W. Deane Stanley III. Vector Research Center was created in 2007 when TechTeam acquired NewVectors, and specializes in modeling, simulation, logistics modernization, business transformation, and acquisition and program management.
Bill James, TechTeam’s new VP of business development, is ab ex-member of the government’s Senior Executive Service and served as director of architecture at the Air Force. He has also served at the Defense Information Systems Agency, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Transportation Command. His responsibilities at TechTeam will include new business, sales operations and marketing.
