Yesterday, CSC announced that it has signed a contract with Nissan North America, Inc. to provide service desk and end-user support covering desktop computers, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and wireless hand-held devices. The multi-year IT managed services contract also calls for CSC to provide overall service management coordination across all IT providers supporting Nissan and covering additional facets of IT service delivery for approximately 40 Nissan facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
