On Wednesday, it was announced that SRA International has earned a task order from the Department of Defense (DOD) that could potentially be worth up to $28 million, if all options are exercised on the four-year contract.
The task order calls for SRA to provide engineering, security, human resources and communications services to the DOD’s Rapid Fielding Office, which handles the delivery of technology and systems to military personnel to meet urgent needs in the field. SRA will provide it with specialized technical and domain expertise in an effort to more-efficiently use its staff resources and expand its capabilities as a whole.
“This is a critical contract for ensuring the transformational and innovative operational concepts and technical solutions formulated within the RFO are quickly transitioned to warfighters, ” SRA National Security Sector senior vice president Pat Burke said.
