NJVC raised $14, 000 for Laptops for the Wounded, a nonprofit organization that provides webcam-equipped laptops to wounded veterans in military hospitals,  at the company`s seventh annual golf tournament. The funds will help wounded warriors recuperating at hospitals such as Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The tournament was held on June 26 at the Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Chantilly, Va., with Frank Herzog of WTOP Radio as emcee. Around 150 players played in the tournament, including NJVC President Jody Tedesco, NJVC staff members, employees of NJVC partner companies and Phil Drouin, president and CEO of Laptops for the Wounded.

Charles “Chuck” McGaugh, formerly deputy chief operating officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, has joined NJVC as vice president of program management and strategy.
