MBDA Inc.’s board of directors has confirmed the appointment of John Pranzatelli, as Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations for MBDA Inc., effective immediately. John will report directly to Jerry Agee, the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of MBDA Incorporated. John will work closely with MBDA Group Officers to further MBDA US’s growth objectives and ensure that joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions and organic opportunities are evaluated and acted upon in accordance with MBDA best practices and in a manner that brings maximum value to MBDA and its customers.
