IBM to Provide Application Delivery and On-Site IT Support to W.R. Grace & Co.

IBM Corp. has negotiated a long-term contract to provide application management services to W.R. Grace & Co., a specialty chemicals company.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IBM Global Business Services will build a technology platform to allow W.R. Grace & Co. to update and standardize application delivery across its enterprise and adjust its resources to meet new demands.  IBM will also provide on-site IT support to work with Grace’s IT professionals and give the specialty chemicals firm access to IBM’s network of global delivery centers.

Lanham, Maryland-based a.i. solutions has won a potential five-year, $203.2M contract to advise and assist the Missile Defense Agency on quality and mission assurance matters.
