GTSI Corp., an IT services firm dealing mainly with government and government contractors, has announced that the Army has named it one of five companies to share in a $418.5 million contractthrough the Army Program Executive office, Enterprise Information Systems.  The contract is for the supply of automatic identification technology products and services. The contract is for nine years including a three-year base period, one two-year option and a four-year maintenance-only option.
Jason Grogg, an information technology market veteran, has been appointed vice president of the federal health growth accelerator group at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), according to his recent LinkedIn post. He first joined the company in May 2017 as a principal in charge of business development efforts for the Department of Veterans Affairs portfolio.
Max Peterson, vice president of international sales for worldwide public sector at Amazon Web Services, has been appointed as VP of worldwide public sector unit at AWS, The Economic Times reported Saturday.
