Former Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon R. England has been chosen to join the CACI International Inc. Board of Directors. England has previously served at both the national and industry levels. During his almost four year stint at the DoD he performed the duties of COO and strived to strengthen US defenses against budding threats through innovative technological resources.
