Software AG has reported a 5% increase in net profits for the second quarter of this year and $176.4 million in revenues. The announcement comes after Software AG’s recent acquisition of IDS Scheer. Product revenue, which includes license and maintenance,  increased by 9%, compared with a 7% decrease from its service business. Software AG has already acquired 10% of IDS Scheer on the open market.
Leidos agreed to purchase IMX Medical Management Services, a consulting firm that offers independent medical evaluation, case management and record review services to state and local government agencies.
