Software AG has reported a 5% increase in net profits for the second quarter of this year and $176.4 million in revenues. The announcement comes after Software AG’s recent acquisition of IDS Scheer. Product revenue, which includes license and maintenance,  increased by 9%, compared with a 7% decrease from its service business. Software AG has already acquired 10% of IDS Scheer on the open market.
John Hillen, former CEO of government technology services contractor EverWatch and a GovCon industry veteran, has joined the advisory board of investment firm Enlightenment Capital. He will bring to the advisory board his decades of military, intelligence and national security experience and help explore new opportunities for the investment firm’s portfolio, Enlightenment Capital said Monday.
Leidos agreed to purchase IMX Medical Management Services, a consulting firm that offers independent medical evaluation, case management and record review services to state and local government agencies.
