SAIC Enlisted by the U.S. Army’s Director of Information Management for $30 Million Task Order


Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC) announced today it has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Army’s Director of Information Management at Fort Polk, La. SAIC will provide enterprise information technology solutions for the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk. The contract is structured with a one year base period of performance followed by four one-year options. It is potentially worth $30 million if all options are exercised.

“We look forward to providing services in support of Fort Polk and the Joint Readiness Training Center, enabling this important customer to focus on the critical mission training they provide, said Peter Dube, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager. The Joint Readiness Training Center is located at Fort Polk, it’s objective is to improve military readiness through realistic training.
